Cancellation Policy

Yoga mats, hand weights, straps + blocks are NOT provided. Please bring your own yoga mat as well as a set of light hand weights (2, 3, or 5-pound weights are ideal) or a resistance band. Straps + blocks are not required but recommended. Running shoes are not required; you can wear yoga socks or go barefoot. Bring your own water. Beginners are welcome! Cancellations must be made two hours in advance. Failure to do so, will result in class being deducted from your package. See you soon!
