Cancellation Policy
Yoga mats, hand weights, straps + blocks are NOT provided. Please bring your own yoga mat as well as a set of light hand weights (2, 3, or 5-pound weights are ideal). Blocks are not required but recommended, as is a towel or pillow for under your knees (should you need more cushioning). You may also want a blanket to place over you during the guided + silent meditation. Please note that doors will be locked at 6:30 pm so as not to cause any disruptions to the other class participants. If you've purchased one class pass that covers one admission--should you like to bring someone, they must purchase another session from the site. Running shoes are not required; you can wear yoga socks or go barefoot. Bring your own water. Beginners are welcome! Cancellations must be made two hours in advance. Failure to do so, will result in class being deducted from your package. See you soon!
